Day of Joy | Building Hope Together

That one small window into a real profession can spark curiosity, confidence, and purpose.

When businesses share their knowledge and experience, they do more than teach a skill — they help young people believe in their potential and begin planning a path toward meaningful work.

Through Day of Joy, we invite businesses, professionals, and organizations from many industries to host short workshops (1–2 hours) where they share their work ethic, daily workflow, and demonstrate real skills used in their field. These sessions allow Joylanders to see how different professions work and begin imagining their own place in the world of work.

Workshops can take place in many settings — on our farm, outside workshop, inside our venue, or even online — making it possible for people from different places and industries to participate.
